A mysterious phenomenon that caused route requests to fail irregularly has been unraveled. It was a digital ghost hunt, but our developers tracked down the troublemakers and brought peace to the information highways.
A shadow fell on the feedback function when users were prevented from adding their attachments to tickets - an invisible padlock caused by a lack of permissions.
