  1. Open app and use camera icon

    • Open the NUNAV Courier App on your device.

    • In the app's search view, you will find a camera icon at the top right. This icon allows you to capture an address or order information directly from a printed document or screen.

  2. Photograph the text

    • Tap the camera icon to open your smartphone's camera.

    • Point the camera at the document you want to use. You can photograph complete roll cards, delivery notes, or package labels to extract the information.

    • Make sure the text is legible before taking the photo. The app works best when the text is clear and visible.

  3. Text recognition (OCR)

    • After photographing, text recognition (also known as OCR - Optical Character Recognition) will automatically start. The app analyzes the image and extracts relevant information, such as addresses, street names, or instructions.

    • This information is then processed and displayed in the app so you can review the recognized data.

  4. Create the tour

    • Once the text is successfully extracted, you can use the information with a click to create your tour.

    • The app plans the best route based on the extracted data. It considers current traffic information and other relevant factors such as road closures to create an efficient tour.

  5. Start the tour

    • Once the tour is created, you will see all important information about your stops on the map.

    • Tap the start button to begin your tour.

  • Good lighting: Ensure the document is well-lit so the camera can easily capture the text.

  • Clear text: Avoid blurry or too small text, as text recognition may have difficulty reading it.
