NUNAV Courier does not transport packages, manage shipments, or offer driver jobs

We occasionally receive inquiries about specific shipments, delivery instructions, or job opportunities. Therefore, we want to clarify that NUNAV Courier does not transport packages, manage shipment information, or offer driver jobs. NUNAV Courier is a navigation and routing app that helps delivery services plan their routes efficiently, but it does not have direct access to shipment information or personnel matters.

No access to shipment data

We do not have access to shipment data, such as the status of your delivery or the package number. Whether your delivery is made by a driver using our NUNAV Courier app is unknown to us. Shipment information can only be obtained directly from the respective delivery service or sender.

No option to provide delivery instructions

Although the NUNAV Courier app offers the possibility to inform drivers about delivery instructions, this information is exclusively provided by the respective carrier. Therefore, we have no way to accept or change additional delivery instructions such as "leave package" or "deliver to neighbor."

No driver jobs available

NUNAV Courier does not offer jobs as drivers or couriers. We provide technology that supports logistics companies but are not involved in recruitment or placement. For job inquiries, we recommend contacting the respective logistics company or delivery service directly.

Where do I turn for questions about my shipment or job inquiries?

If you have questions about your shipment, want to provide specific delivery instructions, or are looking for a job as a driver, please contact the delivery service or sender directly. Only they can provide you with accurate information about the status of your shipment, adjust delivery instructions, or provide information about job opportunities.
