Calendar in the NUNAV App

📆 Calendar Integration in the NUNAV App

The NUNAV App can directly import your appointments from the calendar and use them for route planning. There are slight differences depending on the operating system.

✅ Requirements

• You have granted the NUNAV App permission to access your calendar.
• Your appointments are visible in a supported calendar (e.g., Google Calendar on Android or Apple Calendar on iOS).

📱 Android

Supported Calendars

• NUNAV accesses visible calendars in the Google Calendar app.
• Appointments from calendars like Outlook or Exchange must be integrated into Google Calendar.

Add Calendar (e.g., Outlook)

1. Open the Google Calendar app.
2. Ensure your calendar is visible there.
3. If not: Add your account in the Google Calendar settings.

Check Permissions

1. Go to Settings > Apps > NUNAV > Permissions.
2. Ensure that calendar access is enabled.

🍏 iOS

• On iOS, it is sufficient to grant the NUNAV App access to the calendar.
• Manual calendar selection is not necessary – NUNAV automatically recognizes your appointments.

Grant Permission

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Scroll to NUNAV.
3. Enable the permission for Calendar.

⚠️ Known Limitations

• Calendars that are not synchronized with Google Calendar (Android) or the system calendar (iOS) are not recognized.
• Local calendar apps without synchronization are not supported.
