Why does the voice output via Bluetooth not work properly?

Are there problems with the voice output via Bluetooth?

One possible cause is that we currently do not support all Bluetooth profiles and infotainment systems of the various vehicles.

Android users:

Under Android there is a small workaround, which we received from a user of NUNAV Navigation:
The user uses the app "Audio BT Plus".

Note here that you have to set the function "Don't reset SCO" in the advanced settings.
Please also select the two items "Autostart" and "Autostop" so that the start and stop is executed automatically.
