NUNAV Courier - First Steps – Graphmasters Help-Center

Welcome to NUNAV Courier.
We are pleased that you have decided to use our solution.

We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to get started, so here is a short and clear summary of the most important steps.

1. registration (Website)	Please register on the NUNAV Courier website with your contact details and choose a name for your depot.
2. survey - how did you get to know us (Website)	We would like to know how you became aware of us and what industry you are from.
3. confirmation e-mail (Website)	You will then receive a mail with a link which you can confirm.
4. set initial password (Website)	After you have set a password, the registration is complete.
5. prepare tour in Excel (No preference)	Now it is important to prepare your tour data accordingly. The screenshot on the right serves as an example.
6. upload data and bind to the right columns (Website)	Now it gets interesting. In this step you upload the Excel spreadsheet via drag & drop and match the columns of the Excel spreadsheet with NUNAV Courier.
7. optimization (Website)	If desired, you can activate your tour according to your individual preference. The tour is already optimized after upload, but always at the current start time. To get more realistic stop times, a new optimization is useful. In this example, we have set the start time to 08:00.
8. download app (mobile device)	Please now download the NUNAV Courier app from the playstore.
9. generate QR code (Website)	In the next step, please generate a QR code.
10. link device with depot (Mobile Device)	To link your depot with your device, scan the QR code with your device's camera.
11. search and start tour (mobile device)	Almost there! All you have to do now is search for your tour. In this example, it is called "2". After you have found the tour in the search, start it with the "Start tour" button.
