What formats are supported for uploading my data?

In this article, you will learn about the formats and options NUNAV Courier supports for uploading your data on the website.

The following formats or options are available for upload:

• Files in .xlsx format
• Files in .csv format
• Custom tour lists
• Interface

Files in .xlsx format

Do you have your tour data in Excel format with the ".xlsx" extension? Great! Then you can get started right away.

We currently do not support the older ".xls" extension. If you cannot save your data in the ".xlsx" format, you will find help in the following section.

Files in .csv format

Your Excel does not support the ".xlsx" extension yet? You can still use the data. Please use the ".csv" extension and ensure the "CSV UTF-8" formatting.

Custom tour lists

Do you have your tour as a PDF or can you obtain the data in this format from your dispatcher? Great! We can already read and process numerous lists.

Contact us. We will check if we already support your document.
Please contact us via our contact form.

Without contacting us beforehand, uploading PDF files will not work, as we need to set your account to the existing import format first.

Interface

Do you have the data to be used in another system? Do you have an API or would like to exchange data with our system via API? That is not a problem for us. NUNAV Courier supports various interfaces. Please contact us. You can reach us via our contact form. We will find a solution to enable the systems to communicate with each other and allow data exchange.
