The NUNAV Courier web application is the tool for scheduling your tours and routes. Here you can see all the information and the current status.
To keep everything nice and clear, we decided to use as little text as possible and to approach the display with the help of icons. This has two advantages, because besides simplicity, another feature makes them unbeatable: They work universally, so in most cases they are independent of language and culture.
To give you an overview of which symbols we use in the NUNAV Courier web application and what they mean, you will find a list below.
For a better overview, we have broken down the individual areas and thus go into more and more detail.
The navigation menu can be found on the left side of the screen. Here you navigate to the different functions and data tables of NUNAV Courier.
|Map view||This icon takes you to the map view and allows you to access your tours.|
|Import data||Opens the data upload so that you can import your data.|
Here you can access the planning assistant.
This function is not available to all users.
|Connected devices||This icon takes you to the device management. Here you can register devices, delete them or check when they last used the Courier app.|
In the first column, which opens when you click on the map view, you can see the overview of the tours.
|Depot||Next to this symbol you will find the number of unscheduled jobs. These are jobs that are not yet assigned to a vehicle or tour.|
|Distance||Here the total kilometers of all or the selected tours are displayed.|
|Working time||Here the total working time of all or the selected tours is presented.|
|Select all tours||All tours are selected and displayed in the routes on the map.|
|Filter||Here you can filter for specific tours.|
|Tour number & status||"The vehicle has no connection to NUNAV Courier".|

|Tour number & status||"The vehicle is in idle mode"|
|Missed time slot||The red clock on a tour indicates that the tour will not reach at least one time slot on time.|
|Geocoding error||At least one order on the tour has a geocoding error. The position of at least one stop is therefore inaccurate.|
|Arrival time||The estimated arrival time of the tour at the end point appears next to the gray clock.|
The progress bar allows you to see at a glance what percentage of the tour has been completed.
Above the stops you will find a summary of the most important key data of the tour.

This stop is not geocoded correctly and therefore may be inaccurate.
The address can be reworked in the stop detail data or by the driver to make it more accurate.
|Stop favored||Stop was manually selected by the driver to approach immediately.
This action may have an effect on the order of the tour.
This stop was not scheduled in the tour.
The time windows are displayed in different colors, depending on their punctuality:
|Time slot just missed|
|time window missed|
|Opening hours||The symbol indicates whether opening hours are stored for this stop.
It is possible to store additional information for a stop in the NUNAV Courier app.
