Why I can't start my trip?

You have created your tour, want to start your tour and the button "Start Trip" is not displayed?

This is due to the fact that you currently do not have an active internet connection or no GPS signal.

After you have switched on your internet connection / GPS or the device has an active connection again, the button is displayed again.

 
Then you can start your tour as usual.
