Do you have individual stops on a tour that did not receive correct geocoding?
Then you are in the right place.
These stops were not processed correctly during import.
If this is the case, it is represented as follows by an exclamation mark:
In this article, we explain how you can edit these stops and automatically integrate them into the tour.
1. Click on a stop to make the detailed data visible.
2. Click on the address in the order info. This allows you to edit the address.
3. Select the correct entry.
4. The address will switch to the selected entry.
5. Save the change using the "Save" button at the end of the details. |
Important!
In the NUNAV Courier app, this change is currently visible in the background. This means that the corrected address is now considered in the navigation.
This is because the app always displays the current "address label" from the shipment info.
If you would also like to change this, you are welcome to do so within the shipment info.
However, it makes no difference in terms of routing.
