Do you have individual stops on a tour which have not received correct geocoding?
Then you have come to the right place.
These stops were not processed correctly during import.
If this is the case, this is represented by an exclamation mark as follows:
In this post, we will explain how you can post-process these stops so that they are automatically integrated into the tour.
1. click on a stop to make the detailed data visible.
2. click in the address of the order info. This will allow you to edit the address.
Select the correct entry. 4.
4. the address jumps to the selected entry.
5. save the change by clicking the "save" button at the end of the details.
In the NUNAV Courier App, this change is currently visible in the background. That is, in the navigation from now on the corrected address will be taken into account.
This is due to the fact that the app always displays the current "address label" from the shipment info.
If you want to change this as well, you are welcome to do so within the shipment info.
However, it makes no difference "routing-wise".
