Guide to Deleting Your NUNAV Trucks Customer Account and Data
Thank you for using Trucks by Graphmasters. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Self-Account Deletion
You have the option to delete your account directly on the website. To do so, proceed as follows:
- Open the Trucks app website.
- Navigate to the account settings (business account).
- Select the "Delete Account" option.
- Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen instructions.
Step 2: Contact Our Support (if necessary)
If you encounter difficulties with self-deletion or need additional assistance, you can contact our support.
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to our support at: support@graphmasters.net.
Information in the Email
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Your email address associated with your Trucks account
- The name of your company or organization, if applicable
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your Trucks customer account is deleted, all of the following data will be irretrievably deleted:
- Orders: All your existing and past orders
- Vehicles: All registered vehicles in your account
- Drivers: All driver profiles linked to your account
- Tours: All created tours
- User Accounts: All user accounts including account settings, authentication, and authorization data
- Depots: All depots and depot hierarchies
- Customer Account: Your entire customer account with Trucks
Exceptions and Retention Periods
There are no exceptions; all the aforementioned data will be completely deleted. There is no additional retention period beyond the immediate deletion.
