With the NUNAV Courier app, it is now possible to create an optimized route without manually typing in addresses. You can simply upload one or more images of your route card through the app, and the app will automatically create your route.

Step 1: Open Feedback Function

Open the NUNAV Courier app. To start the feedback function, click on the Feedback Icon (see marking in the image).

Step 2: Select "Write to Us"

In the feedback function menu, select the option "Write to Us" to proceed.

Step 3: Compose Message with the Word "Route Card"

Enter the word "Route Card" in the text field. This is necessary for the system to know that you want to send your route card images.

Step 4: Add Image(s) of the Route Card

Press the paperclip icon to add one or more images. You can take a new photo directly in the app by selecting the Camera Option (see image).

Step 5: Send and Wait

Send the message with the attached images. It takes about 2-3 minutes for the app to process your route card data. You will receive a notification through the feedback function once the upload is successful.

Once the message arrives, you can retrieve your optimized route in the app.
