If an address could not be clearly located, NUNAV Studio marks the stop with a red exclamation mark and the note “Check address: Geocoding confidence is low." Here's how to correct the location.
Identify the Problem
Open the affected stop (order/shipment info). With low geocoding confidence, the orange warning appears; the located address often differs from the actual one.
The note appears at the stop as a red or orange/yellow exclamation mark (different warning levels) – in the timeline as well as in the order detail. The correction is identical in both cases.
Correct the Location
Use the icons next to the address field to select the source of the location:
- Photon (colored icon) – Geocoder based on OpenStreetMap.
- HERE – Geocoder from HERE.
- LAT/LONG – Enter coordinates directly.
- Pin (next to LAT/LONG) – manually place the point at the correct location on the map.
Type into the address field, and Studio suggests matching results (e.g., from Graphmasters data or the map provider). Select the correct suggestion.
Result
After the correction, the warning disappears, the address is complete (e.g., with the correct postal code), and the stop marker is back to normal.
