The event content contains information about your event. These are created in the Traffic Management Board and then automatically appear on the event's information screen in the NUNAV app. Important: Smartphones can be set to different languages. Therefore, a separate event content must be created for each language, or a specific language is defined as the default and applies to all other languages.
1. Add Event Content
To manage the information of an event, first select the event and then click on the "Content" tab.
To add new event content, select the blue "+" symbol.
2. Set Settings
The following settings are available:
- Set Language Standard: If a NUNAV user's smartphone uses a different language setting than the one created here, the set language standard applies (English recommended).
- Information Text: This text serves as general information about the event as well as a greeting for the visitor and user of the NUNAV app.
- Information Text When Routing Is Not Available: If routing to the event has not yet started due to the set routing start, a message can be displayed to the user. For example, they can be informed that the parking lots will only open on the day or several hours before an event.
- Tags: Various tags can be created under which a NUNAV user can find the event in the app's search mode. Note: The name of the event and the venue are already automatically found in the app's search field and do not require a "tag".
- Locales: A locale controls the language of the user interface on the end user's smartphone. A locale consists of a "language code" and a "country code". To generate an English language, for example, the "language code" en and the "country code" US are selected.
- Logo: Setting of the logo that should be displayed in the search field of the NUNAV app related to the event.
- Banner: Setting of the banner that is displayed as a large image on the event's information screen (an image of the venue is recommended).
- Image Author: Author of the logo or banner.
- Title for Role Selection: The overarching title of all user roles as they should be displayed in the NUNAV app.
- Localized Role Name: The designation of the user role as it should be displayed in the NUNAV app.
- Note Text: This text is displayed under the selectable user role in the NUNAV app and allows for a brief explanation.
- Verification Text: After selecting a user role by the NUNAV app user, a final verification text can be displayed to provide the user with more detailed information about the user role they have chosen.
