How do I create new parking spaces?

1. Add Parking Lot

By clicking on the parking lot icon, you will see, depending on the user and permission, the selection list of all existing parking lots. You can create a new parking lot with the "+Add Parking Lot" button.

2. Configure Parking Lot Settings

The following settings can be configured for a parking lot:

"Name": Enter the name of the respective parking lot.

"Capacity": Determines the maximum number of individual parking spaces available in the parking lot for visitors.

"Occupied": Current occupancy rate.

"Level": Level of the parking lot (e.g., relevant for parking garages).

"Coordinates": Longitude and latitude of the parking lot. Unless additional "gates" are added to the parking lots, the position should be set at the actual entrance or exit of the respective parking lot.

"City": Automatic city recognition.

"Linked Locations": At least one location/venue must be linked to the parking lot, which can be selected from the list. You can learn how to create a venue here.

"Gates": Preconfigured gates can be assigned to each parking lot. These digitize, for example, a physical barrier that regulates routing to a parking lot.
