What is "individual work speed"?

The individual working speed describes a factor that influences the service time.

This is intended to model slow and fast working drivers.

If this value is not explicitly set, it is set to 1.0 in the model.

Value below 1.0 = shorter service times

Value above 1.0 = longer service times

Example:

The service time at the location is 5 minutes.

ServiceTimeFactor = 1.0 -> still 5 minutes service time.

ServiceTimeFactor = 0.8 -> 4 minutes service time.

ServiceTimeFactor = 1.2 -> 6 minutes service time.
