How do I manage vehicles in NUNAV Courier? – Graphmasters Help-Center

NUNAV Courier offers you the ability to map your fleet and use it for route optimization.
You can store various data on a vehicle, which we will explain in the following sections. Afterwards, you will learn how to create or delete a vehicle.

Vehicle ID

The vehicle ID is automatically assigned by the system. With this ID, you can retrieve your route in the NUNAV Courier App.

Vehicle Type

Please choose from the following types:

Van
Motorcycle
Truck

Changes to the vehicle type affect route and tour optimization, as different parameters are then considered for the calculations.

Name

Here you can assign a name that uniquely identifies the vehicle, such as a license plate.

Weight

The payload can be recorded. The unit is kg.
The entry of this data affects optimization with multiple vehicles (depot optimization) if the data is also specified in the upload of data to the shipments.

Quantity

The maximum number of packages, parcels, customers, etc., can be recorded.
The entry of this data affects optimization with multiple vehicles (depot optimization) if the data is also specified in the upload of data to the shipments.

Volume

The recording of volumes is possible. The unit is m3.
The entry of this data affects optimization with multiple vehicles (depot optimization) if the data is also specified in the upload of data to the shipments.

Departure Point

You have the option to record a departure location for each vehicle. By default, this location is always the depot's location.
Changes affect the order of the tour for this vehicle.

End Station

You have the option to record an endpoint for each vehicle. By default, this location is always the depot's location. Changes affect the order of the tour for this vehicle.

Create Vehicles

Once you access the vehicles section, you will see the following view:

You create a new vehicle by pressing "Add." The new entry will then be displayed in green.
You can now adjust the individual parameters of this vehicle.
Changes can also be undone using the arrows.

Delete Vehicles

You delete a vehicle by pressing "Remove." The deleted entry will then be displayed in red.

Edit Vehicles

You make changes to a vehicle by clicking on the desired field and then pressing change.
