After you have created a tour, you can customize each stop individually. You can change addresses, set time windows, define opening hours, or mark stops as the last stop.
Open Stop
Tap on the ⋮-menu next to the desired stop in your tour.
You will then have various editing options available.
Change Address
- Open the stop's menu.
- Tap on “Change stop address”.
- Enter the new address.
- Check the position on the map and confirm it.
Set Time Window
If a customer requires delivery within a specific timeframe, you can set a time window.
- Open the desired stop.
- Select “Edit appointments”.
- Enter the start and end of the time window.
- Save your changes.
Multiple time windows can also be set for a stop.
Set Opening Hours
If a customer is only reachable at certain times, opening hours can be set.
- Open the desired stop.
- Select “Edit opening hours”.
- Tap on the desired time ranges.
- Save the changes.
Days without set opening hours are automatically considered open all day.
Set Last Stop
You can mark a stop as the last stop. This will always be visited at the end of the tour.
If a last stop is already set, NUNAV Courier will ask if it should be replaced.
After confirming, the newly selected stop will be marked as the last stop.
Remove Stop
Stops that are no longer needed can be deleted at any time.
- Open the desired stop.
- Tap on “Remove stop”.
- Confirm the deletion process.
Note: Deleted stops are permanently removed from the tour. If you only want to temporarily exclude a stop, it is recommended to use the Pause function instead.

Can I set multiple time windows?
Yes. Multiple time windows can be assigned to a stop.
What does “Last Stop” mean?
A destination marked as the last stop will always be visited last, regardless of optimization.
Can I restore a deleted stop?
No. After deletion, the stop must be added to the tour again.
