Manage opening hours

With opening hours, you determine on which days and at what times a stop can be visited.

NUNAV Courier takes this information into account during route optimization.

Edit Opening Hours

1. Open the desired stop.
2. Tap on “Edit Opening Hours”.
3. Select the desired weekday.
4. Enter one or more time periods.
5. Save your changes.

Multiple Time Periods per Day

Multiple time periods can be entered for each weekday.

For example:

• 08:00 – 12:00
• 13:00 – 17:00

This allows for consideration of lunch breaks or different opening hours, for example.

Closed

If a stop should not be visited on a specific weekday, do not enter opening hours for that day.

NUNAV Courier will then treat this day as closed.

How Are Opening Hours Considered?

During route optimization, NUNAV Courier plans the stops so that the entered opening hours are adhered to as much as possible.

This also takes into account the current traffic situation, travel times, and any existing time windows.

Opening hours describe when a customer is generally reachable.

Time windows specify when a stop should preferably or at the latest be visited.

Can I enter multiple time periods in one day?

Yes. Any number of time periods can be entered for each weekday.

Yes. Opening hours can be edited or completely removed at any time.
