In the Display section, you determine how the map is displayed in NUNAV Courier. Here you can adjust the map image to your personal preferences and show or hide additional information on the map.
Night Mode
Set whether the map is displayed in light or dark design.
- Automatic – switches depending on the time of day or system settings.
- Light – permanently uses the light map design.
- Dark – permanently uses the dark map design.
Route Display
Determines how your route is displayed on the map.
Depending on the selection, for example, the current traffic situation can be color-coded into the route line, or a simple display without traffic information can be used.
Traffic
Displays the current traffic situation directly on the map.
This way, you can see where heavy traffic or traffic jams occur before or during the drive.
Notifications
Shows known events such as construction sites, road closures, or other traffic-related notifications directly on the map.
Traffic Lights
Displays known traffic light systems on the map.
This makes it easier to navigate larger intersections, especially in cities.
3D Buildings
Buildings are displayed in a three-dimensional view.
This improves orientation, especially in city centers and densely built-up areas.
If the map display stutters on older devices, disabling 3D buildings can improve performance.
House Numbers
Displays house numbers on the map at lower zoom levels.
This allows you to find destination addresses faster without having to zoom far into the map.
Update Map Cache
NUNAV Courier stores map data locally so that maps can be loaded faster.
This function checks if a more recent version of the map data is available on the server. If so, the local map cache is updated.
This function is helpful if recent changes have been made to the map or if display issues occur and you want to ensure that the latest map data is used.
