After you have created your tour and prepared all stops, you can start the navigation.
Start Tour
- Open the desired tour.
- Check your stop list.
- Tap on "START TOUR".
The tour will be optimized and navigation will automatically begin to the first open stop.
During the Tour
During navigation, NUNAV Courier automatically guides you to the next optimal stop.
After each completed stop, the route is re-optimized. This takes into account the current traffic situation, already completed stops, and stored time windows.
Complete Stop
Once you have served a customer, open the stop and tap on "Done".
The stop disappears from the open stops and NUNAV Courier automatically navigates to the next destination.
Pause Stop
If a customer is currently unreachable or you want to visit the stop later, select "Pause".
The stop remains and will be automatically rescheduled at a later time.
Drive Immediately
If you want to visit a specific customer directly, regardless of optimization, tap on "Drive Immediately".
NUNAV Courier navigates directly to this stop. Afterwards, the remaining tour will be re-optimized.
Status of Stops
All stops are categorized into different categories:
- Open – not yet visited
- Paused – will be rescheduled later
- Done – already completed
You can switch between these lists at any time using the tabs at the top of the screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my tour be recalculated during the drive?
Yes. After each completed stop and when there are changes in the traffic situation, the order of the remaining stops can be automatically adjusted.
Can I visit a paused stop later?
Yes. Paused stops remain part of the tour and will be automatically reconsidered.
What happens after the last stop?
Once all stops have been completed, the tour is finished.
