Manage time slots

With time windows, you can specify when a stop should or may be approached. NUNAV Courier automatically takes these time windows into account during route optimization.

Edit Time Windows

1. Open the desired stop.
2. Tap on “Edit Appointments”.
3. Add a new time window or edit an existing one.
4. Save your changes.

Multiple Time Windows

Multiple time windows can be stored for a stop.

For example:

• 08:00 – 10:00
• 14:00 – 16:00

This allows deliveries to be flexibly planned within the available time frames.

Delete Time Windows

Time windows that are no longer needed can be removed at any time.

The stop will then be planned without this time window.

How Does NUNAV Courier Consider Time Windows?

During route optimization, NUNAV Courier tries to adhere to all stored time windows.

This takes into account, among other things, the current traffic situation, travel times, and all other stops on the route.

NUNAV Courier optimizes the route as best as possible, taking into account all available information. In exceptional cases, it may still happen that a time window cannot be met due to external circumstances, such as traffic or last-minute changes.
