1. Select Event
To manage parking spaces for an event, first select the relevant event using the controls on the left side.
2. Dashboard
Once the event is selected, all parking spaces and their current statuses appear under the "Navigation" tab. The following statuses are displayed:
Occupancy: The occupancy of all available parking spaces.
Arriving: Number of vehicles currently en route to one of the available parking spaces.
Arrived: Number of vehicles that have arrived at a parking space.
Requests: People who have accessed the event in the NUNAV app but are not yet en route.
Now, the current capacity of the parking space can be determined if it deviates from the preset standard capacity. It may happen that certain parking spots in an area are not available at the time of the event (e.g., due to construction). This can be taken into account.
The capacity can be adjusted with the gray slider.
-
green bar: Parking lot still has sufficient free capacity
-
yellow bar: Parking lot is at least half full
-
red bar: Parking lot is full
Important: A parking space is only deactivated by setting the small green slider to gray! Alternatively, the blue parking symbol on the map can be clicked. It will then turn gray, and the parking space is deactivated.
3. Activate/Deactivate Parking Space
Parking spaces can be activated or deactivated both on the map and in the dashboard. Additionally, the parking configuration for individual user roles can be set via the dashboard. The parking space can be activated/deactivated for all user roles or per user role.
