  Also for Power Claims Hurricane Park. Have your trailer park ticket ready for scanning.
• RESORT Parking
  Travel to the resort parking. Have your parking ticket ready for scanning.

  You will be guided to check-in. Have your tickets ready for scanning there.

Important: Always Start via the Event

Please always start your navigation via the official event entry “Hurricane Festival 2026”.

• Recently used destinations
• Saved parking coordinates
• Google Maps links

Only through the official event entry can ticket category, access authorizations, parking assignments, and current traffic measures be correctly considered.

Why Am I Not Navigated Directly to a Fixed Parking Spot?

The actual parking assignment may depend on:

• Current occupancy
• Traffic situation
• Closures
• Access authorizations
• Instructions from the organizer on-site

Therefore, the recommended access may change during the festival weekend.

No Parking Spot Displayed

If no parking types appear:

1. Close the app completely.
2. Search for Hurricane Festival 2026 again.
3. Reopen the event.
4. Tap on Navigate again.

Route Cannot Be Calculated

If the message appears:

There was a problem loading the route.

Please try the following:

• Completely close and restart the app.
• Search for the event again.
• Restart navigation via the official event entry.
• Check internet connection.

Can I Navigate Directly to the Festival Grounds?

We strongly recommend navigation via the appropriate ticket or parking category. Only this way can traffic measures, authorizations, and parking assignments be correctly considered.

Are Closures Considered?

Yes. Temporary closures, traffic management, and access regulations from the organizer are included in the navigation.

Do I Need to Have My Parking Ticket Ready?

Yes. For multiple parking categories, the parking ticket is checked upon access. Please have it ready.

Can I Store My Parking Ticket in the NUNAV App?

No.

Parking tickets are not stored, uploaded, or managed in the NUNAV App.

NUNAV is solely responsible for navigation to the Hurricane Festival. The purchase, management, and control of tickets and parking tickets are handled directly by the organizer.

Simply select the category that matches your ticket in the NUNAV App. The navigation will then guide you to the designated entrance and the correct parking area.

Please have your parking ticket ready upon arrival, as it may be checked upon access.

I Have Already Purchased a Parking Ticket. Do I Need to Activate or Enter Anything in NUNAV?

No.

The possession of a parking ticket does not need to be stored in the NUNAV App.

Simply select the appropriate category within the Hurricane event and start the navigation. The assignment of your parking ticket is handled by the organizer on-site.

Important Before Departure

Please search for the event again shortly before departure in the NUNAV App and start the navigation fresh via “Hurricane Festival 2026”.
