4. Travel relaxed

After selection, NUNAV automatically calculates your optimal route.

During the journey, the following are considered, among others:

• the current traffic situation
• temporary closures
• the load on individual access routes
• the organizer's traffic management

This means your route may change during the journey. This is completely normal and ensures that all visitors are distributed as evenly as possible across the available access routes.

Tickets in NUNAV

Please keep your admission, camping, and parking tickets ready separately – for example, in your smartphone's wallet, in the organizer's app, or as a PDF.

NUNAV only assists you in navigating to the correct destination on the festival grounds. Ticket control is independent of navigation.

Why is my route different from other navigation systems?

Other navigation systems mainly calculate the shortest or fastest route. NUNAV additionally considers the organizer's traffic management, closures, the current load on access routes, and your ticket category.

Why does my route change during the journey?

To ensure all visitors are distributed as evenly as possible across the available access routes, NUNAV can adjust your route at any time.

I'm still stuck in traffic.

At a festival with tens of thousands of visitors, waiting times cannot be completely avoided. However, NUNAV helps to distribute traffic as evenly as possible and avoid unnecessary congestion.

I selected the wrong ticket category.

No problem. Simply end the navigation, search again for DEICHBRAND Festival 2026, and then select the correct category.

I just want to drop someone off or pick them up.

For this, select the category “Drop-off & Pick-up”. You will then be directed to the official Kiss-&-Ride zone.
