Is your NUNAV app frozen or not working as usual?
Our experience and user feedback analysis show that using the following apps can cause problems:
- Apps that change the color of the screen (e.g., blue light filter apps)
- Apps that overlay the screen (e.g., apps that can record screen content)
- Apps that block connections to our servers (e.g., ad blockers like AdAway)
- use an (active) VPN connection
- Certain settings within a firewall
