Which apps can restrict the operation of NUNAV Navigation?

If your NUNAV app is frozen or not functioning as usual, certain applications or settings on your device could be the cause. Based on our experience and user feedback, the following factors can affect the functionality of NUNAV Navigation:​

1. Apps that change the screen color (e.g., blue light filter apps):

   • These applications modify the color display of your screen, which can lead to display issues in the NUNAV app.​

2. Apps that overlay the screen (e.g., screen recording apps):

   • Programs that overlay other apps can make it difficult to operate NUNAV or block inputs.​

3. Apps that block connections to our servers (e.g., ad blockers like AdAway):

   • Such applications can disrupt communication between the NUNAV app and our servers, leading to functionality issues.​

4. Using an active VPN connection:

   • VPNs can affect the network connection and thus impair the data transmission of the NUNAV app.​

5. Certain settings within a firewall:

   • Strict firewall settings can block or restrict the data traffic of the NUNAV app.
